1-Get Plenty of Sleep

According to the National Sleep Foundation, adults need 7-9 hours of sleep.  Adequate sleep time spurs creativity, lowers stress and reduces your chances of depression.  So, turn off the TV and tuck yourself in a little earlier.  It's an easy way to develop healthy living habits.

2-Add 1/2 T Honey to Your Water Each Afternoon

(Sprinkle some cinnamon for added benefits!) We know the health benefits of local honey and the importance of Ceylon cinnamon, let's combine the two for an "energy pick-me-up" every day around 3 PM.  If you're planning a work-out, add 1 T of honey straight, to give you the extra energy to run that extra mile!

3-Take 2 Grams of Ginger as a Daily Oral Supplement

Studies show that ginger can reduce exercise-related muscle pain by as much as 25%.  Try taking ginger as a pain reliever natural remedy, if you are trying to avoid anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or aspirin.

7-Drink Water Before Breakfast
