Brown & White Sugar Scrub



Lemon=wakes you UP!

  • Mix the sugars together. the mix of the brown & white sugars add a fun texture to your sugar scrub!
  • I love the benefits of coconut oil so I use it any chance I get. But really, there are so many oils that are beneficial to your skin. Look at the various carrier oils and choose your favorite! A simple extra-virgin olive oil is wonderful as well!
  • Mix the carrier oil and essential oils together.
  • Stir the sugars and oils together and put into a jar. There are some great bail jars at Hobby Lobby that are quite inexpensive or you can find a wonderfully, unique jar.
  • Label with the ingredients.

Cofee & Sugar Exfoliant Scrub

  • 2 C. Coarsely Ground Coffee
  • 1/2 C Sugar in the Raw
  • 2-3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Mix all of the ingredients into a jar with a tight, fitting lid. In a warm shower, rub into your skin briskly & firmly. Rinse with cold water. Air dry and follow up with some coconut oil.
